Various pump drives and precision control: Brushless/stepping for pumps.
Achieving miniaturization and high efficiency of pumps. We offer the most suitable motors for flow control at an overwhelmingly low cost, starting from small-lot prototypes.
Pumps" that transport liquids and gases are the heart of various industries, including water treatment, chemicals, healthcare, and food. Depending on the application, there are diverse types such as "metering pumps (like diaphragm pumps)" that deliver a precise amount, and "centrifugal pumps" and "gear pumps" that excel in continuous liquid delivery. In recent years, the drive sources for these pumps have rapidly shifted from traditional constant-speed AC motors to "brushless motors" and "stepper motors," which allow for fine flow adjustments, energy savings, and miniaturization. While we are not a pump manufacturer, we serve as a dedicated contact point for these "motors that are the heart of pumps." We offer an optimal range of motors directly linked to precise flow control and miniaturization of equipment, achieving a balance between the overwhelming price competitiveness of overseas ODMs and Japanese quality through thorough inspection of all domestic products. We strongly support pump manufacturers in their new developments or replacements, whether they want to "develop a new pump unit" or "reassess existing pump motors.
